GROWTH
Watch over growth with
the handbook's curves.
The pink band in the growth chart uses values from the Children and Families Agency's 2023 infant growth survey (the same curves as handbooks issued from April 2025). Vaccination timing is a guide based on the schedule by the Japan Institute for Health Security (as of August 1, 2026). It does not make medical judgments.
Outside the band? Don't worry
Every child grows at their own pace. Use the chart as a guide to notice changes.
Know the next vaccination
The next window is calculated from the previous dose, with a reminder when it comes (can be turned off).

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Where are photos stored?
Only inside the app on this iPhone. When you import from the Photos app, the original stays as it is and the app keeps its own copy. Nothing is sent to a server.
Can I move my data to a new iPhone?
Yes. Restore your new iPhone from an iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or a backup on your computer), and the records and photos come with it.
Can I add siblings?
As many as you like. Switch with the icons at the top; photos and records are kept separately for each child.
Is the vaccination timing exact?
It is a guide based on the Japan Institute for Health Security schedule (as of August 1, 2026). Follow your municipality's guidance and your pediatrician's instructions for the actual timing and doses.
Can my partner see the same records?
In this version, records stay on one iPhone. Family sharing is being considered for a future version.
PRIVACY
Privacy
Sodachi Techo does not collect any information about you. Your child's records, photos and artwork are all stored only on this iPhone. The camera and photo library are used only to take or import photos and artwork of your child.
