JA
Digital that fits
just right
into life and work.
We lighten the small hassles of every day with apps and little systems. We develop apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, and systems that automate work.
We build our own apps and publish them on the App Store.
ABOUT
Small, just right,
and built to last
palnet Lab. is a development lab that starts from the problems closest to the people who use what we make. Rather than big systems, we build things you can use every day without thinking, and that truly save time. We handle data sparingly, keeping only what is needed on your device or on your own server.
Easy to use
Screens and wording you can use without reading a manual.
Your data stays with you
We don't collect what we don't need. Data lives on your device or your own server.
Build, then keep improving
What we learn from real use is reflected again and again.
APP DEVELOPMENT

We create apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, from planning and design through to release on the App Store. Here are the apps we publish ourselves.

palnet Lab. apps store everything you enter on your device. There are no accounts and no ads.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
System development
We replace tasks you repeat every day or every week with small systems that run automatically, and report the results by email or in an app. For web systems, we use WordPress and ACF Pro to build feature-rich websites with exactly the fields and functions each client needs. Updating is as simple as filling in the admin screen.
Automatic social posting and reports
Scheduled and recurring posts to Instagram and X, automatic collection of views and other numbers, and regular report emails and PDFs.
Property and job maps
Real estate listings or local job openings shown as pins on a map. Tap a pin to see the details. Just enter an address in the admin screen to add a pin, and embed the map on any page of your website.
A plugin that delivers form entries as Word files
We built a plugin that attaches what is entered in a WordPress form to the notification email as a Word (.docx) file. The document can be saved, edited and printed as it is.
Website monitoring and alerts
A system that regularly checks chosen websites and reports only what has changed.
Mac and iPad apps for business
Dedicated apps tailored to daily work, such as creating documents and keeping records.
Always-on small servers
Instead of relying on monthly cloud fees, systems can run 24 hours a day on a small server kept in your office.
