Policy
This policy describes how information is handled in the apps provided by palnet Lab. (“we”). It begins with the policy common to all of our apps, followed by the details for each app. If there is any difference between this English translation and the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
COMMON
Policy for all apps
- 1. Information we collect
- Our apps do not collect any information about you on the developer's servers, including personal information such as your name or email address. There is no account registration or login.
- 2. Where data is stored
- Data you enter or record in our apps is stored only on your device (iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch). The developer cannot access that data.
- 3. Ads, analytics and tracking
- Our apps do not show ads, run analytics or track how you use them.
- 4. Sharing with third parties
- Because the developer does not collect information, nothing is shared with third parties.
- 5. Exported files
- Files exported from our apps, such as backups and PDFs, are handled only by your own actions and in the way you choose. The developer never obtains their contents.
- 6. Deleting data
- You can delete records within the app. Deleting the app removes its data from your device.
- 7. Information when you contact us
- Your email address and name are used only to reply to your inquiry.
- 8. Changes
- If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.

Details for each app
Puku RoguiPhone
- Features used
- The camera is used only to photograph stickers and scan barcodes, and the photo library only to choose sticker images. Images you take or choose are stored only on your device.
- Where data is stored
- Your sticker records and images are all stored only on your device.
- Backup and sharing
- Files and images created by exporting a backup or using the share feature are handled only by your own actions and in the way you choose (AirDrop, Messages, saving to Files and so on).

Ato Ikura?iPhone · Widget
- Where data is stored
- Budget and spending records you enter are all stored only on your device. Information shown in the home screen widget is also passed only within the same device.
- Backup
- The file created with “Export backup” is handled only by your own actions and in the way you choose (AirDrop, email attachment, saving to Files and so on).

Mitsunobu / Mitsunobu ProMac · iPad
- Where data is stored
- All data you enter — quotes, delivery notes, invoices, clients, items and your company information (including logo and seal images) — is stored only on your Mac or iPad. There is no account registration or login.
- PDF and CSV export
- PDF and CSV files are created only when you save or share them yourself, and are handled only in the way you choose.

Sanpo RupuiPhone · Apple Watch
- Location
- Used to set your home (starting point), create loop routes and record the route you walk (GPS track). Recording continues during a walk even with the screen off, so location is also used in the background.
- Motion (steps)
- Used to count your steps during a walk.
- Health
- Steps and walking distance are read and used for daily records and charts. If you allow it, walks are saved to Health as workouts (distance and route). The Apple Watch version uses heart rate for display during walks. Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, or shared with third parties.
- Where data is stored
- All of the information above is stored only on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Maps and route search
- Maps and walking route search use Apple Maps (MapKit), which is built into iOS. Coordinates are sent to Apple to calculate routes. For how Apple handles them, please see Apple's privacy policy.

Wanko SanpoiPhone · Apple Watch
- Location
- Used to record the route of a walk (GPS track) and where your dog peed or pooped. Recording continues during a walk even with the screen off, so location is also used in the background.
- Motion (steps)
- Used to count your steps during a walk.
- Photos
- Only the photo you choose for your dog's profile is read, resized and saved inside the app.
- Notifications
- Used only for reminders you turn on (walk times, heartworm and flea/tick medicine, vaccinations). They are scheduled on your device.
- Where data is stored
- Your dogs' profiles, photos, walk routes and pee, poop and health records are all stored only on your iPhone. PDFs you create are handled only in the way you choose.
- Apple Watch
- Records you tap on Apple Watch are sent only to your own iPhone, using Apple's connection between the two devices. No developer server is used.
- Maps
- Maps use Apple Maps (MapKit), which is built into iOS. For how Apple handles map data, please see Apple's privacy policy.
- About health-related information
